That’s why we pour love and care into our work, our product curation, and shipment. But if there’s a mistake with your order, contact us right away. We want to make things right for you!
All returns must be authorized before shipping your item back. Just email us: email@example.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We issue refunds or store credit for:
- Fresh blooms/plants: 24-48 hours of receipt or pickup.
- Other non-perishable items: 14 days of receipt or pickup.
You may return and/or exchange non-perishable items that are in new, unused, and sellable conditions in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt or pickup/purchase. After 14 days, we will issue a store credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded and therefore store credit will not include the shipping costs.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges on workshops or digital information: Sorry, we do not issue refunds for these. Transfer of class enrollment is allowed only once a spot is purchased and paid for. Transferring your spot is your responsibility. If you choose to transfer your spot, you also agree that the person to which you’re transferring your spot is of age specified in the workshop description. Before transferring any workshops, you must contact us first to let us know.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
For event orders or services: please refer to your contract.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Kindly report damaged or defective items within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact us and we’ll happily arrange an exchange or refund.
Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please make sure to enter your correct shipping address. If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us on the same day so that we may correct it for you (this works when we haven’t processed or shipped your order yet). However, if you couldn’t contact us until after this time frame, place another order with the correct shipping address. Once we receive your original packaging from the postal service, we will refund that order.
We ship using USPS. All orders will ship within 2 business days. Some exceptions applies, i.e. holidays. We’ll keep you posted!
